    Kamya, has been a classmate, a colleague, a “go-to” person, and a mentor. Her professionalism and know how in the Real Estate profession is refreshing. I have worked in real estate and property management myself, but have been out of the industry for some years now. Whenever I have a question or concern about the single family or multi-family housing market, she is the FIRST PERSON I call! She’s knowledgeable and available! Those are THE TWO MOST IMPORTANT CHARACTERISTICS I look for in a Realtor/housing specialist that I look for when I am in need. She has never let me down or led me astray with her advice or work. She does not make your questions seem unimportant. Having worked with people who “can’t be bothered with the small stuff”, Kamya is who I turn to, and who I refer my friends and family to.

    Purchased During the Craziness

    Kamya helped us when we were looking to buy a house. She helped us narrow down the search so pinpoint what we were looking for and gave us encouragement when we weren't finding exactly what we were wanting. One house was just outside of our boundaries and she brought it to our attention anyway because she had a 'feeling' ... and it was THE one! We had some hip-shots due to the COVID-19 pandemic and the appraisal coming in really low due to swinging markets (and the seller almost walked). Kamya took charge and negotiated for us, keeping us in the loop on everything. We love our new house and have no regrets. I highly recommend!

    Life Saver

    I had my home on the market for quite a while, and it wouldn’t sell with many realtors over the course of 1 year. Once it expired I had many realtors sending me information, probably 40. Then I saw something that Kamya sent me and it caught my eye. I was very skeptical about working with realtors after being burned over and over. I decided to give Kamya a shot and was very happy that I did. I found her to be someone who didn’t make false promises. Her marketing team came up with a plan and it really worked! She was not just sitting back once my house on was on the MLS and wait for another realtor to bring the buyer. She’s was very aggressive on getting my offers and working out the best one to get me the most money. She’s much more technologically advanced than anyone I had dealt with and most of all he has integrity, she does what she says she will do. I found her to be competent and caring. She addresses every issue I bring up with respect and I have now sold my home and I’m very happy. If I had to sell or buy another home I would come back to Kamya.
